Delhi Metro is the world's 12th largest metro system in terms of both length and number of stations. A member of Nova Group of Metros, the network consists of five colour-coded regular lines and the faster Airport Express line, with a total length of 213 kilometres (132 mi)serving 160 stations (including 6 on Airport Express line).The system has a mix of underground, at-grade, and elevated stations using both broad-gauge and standard-gauge. The metro has an average daily ridership of 2.661 million passengers, and, as of August 2010, had already carried over 1.25 billion passengers since its inception



RED LINE DELHI METRO

The Red Line  of the Delhi Metro system in Delhi consists of the first stretch that was constructed and commissioned in Delhi and has of 21 stations that runs from Dilshad Garden to Rithala with a total distance of 24.4 km




YELLOW LINE DELHI METRO

The Yellow Line is one of the lines of the Delhi Metro, a rapid transit system in DelhiIndia. It consists of 37 metro stations from Samaypur Badli in Delhi to HUDA City Centre in the neighbouring city of Gurgaon. The line with a length of 48.8 kilometers (30.3 mi) is mostly underground and has been laid under one of the most congested parts of Delhi. 

BLUE LINE DELHI METRO

The Blue Line of the Delhi Metro system in Delhi consists of 44 metro stations from Dwarka Sector 21 to Noida City Centre (Sector 32) with a length of 50.56 km and a branch line consisting of 8 stations from Vaishali to Yamuna Bank, with a length of 6.25 km


GREEN LINE DELHI METRO

Green Line  is the fifth line of the Delhi Metro network and the first line on standard gauge, as opposed to previous broad gauge lines, prevalent in other lines. It runs between Inderlok (station on the Red Line) and Mundka with a branch line connecting the line's Ashok Park Main station with Kirti Nagar station on the Blue Line. The completely elevated line, built as part of the Phase-II of Delhi Metro, runs mostly along the busy NH 10 route in North Delhi and North West Delhi. The line consists of 16 stations including an interchange station covering a total length of 18.6 km.


VIOLET LINE DELHI METRO

The Violet Line is one of the six lines of the Delhi Metro, a rapid transit system in DelhiIndia. The line connects ITOstation via Central Secretariat station of the Yellow Line with Escorts Mujesar in Faridabad. The line consists of 28 metro stations with a total length of 35.175 kilometres

ORANGE LINE DELHI METRO

The Delhi Airport Metro Express (DAME) is a Delhi Metro line from New Delhi Metro Station to Dwarka Sector 21, linking theIndira Gandhi International Airport.
